I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Federal Way, WA) in July 2015
Interview
I applied online and about two days later I got an email saying that I had an interview the very next day. So I was glad that was quick but when I got to the interview I didn't know it was going to be a group one. It was awkward for me and for the rest of the people who were getting interview. So as it went along the manager who was interviewing us didn't ask us any questions about the company just about are hobbies and goals. He was kind of rude to you if you had a goal he didn't like so I was glad to get an email a couple hours later saying that I didn't get the job.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
