I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in July 2015
Interview
This was my first interview so I was really nervous and it was with a group interview. I just graduate college and keep in mind I've never a job interview. I felt like Chipotle looked for people with experience even though they say they didn't. But it was pretty standard the manager interviewed a group of us (approx. 12) and that it. Here are a few tips: Always be the first person to speak up in a group interview and make yourself stand out. Being my first interview I was nervous as heck and didn't really stood out like the rest of the candidate and therefore didn't get the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
They have no specific area for the interview, so I have interview at the table where customers eat their foods.
They didn't mention about the exact position of the work when I looking for a job so I can know about it while I have an interview.
They only ask my availability and nothing more. It ended really fast.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sept 2019
Interview
Arrived 30 mins early and told one of the employees that I came in for an interview. Thirty mins passed and no one attended to me. Decided to wait an extra 20 mins but still no one. I then went and reminded one of the employees, and an interviewer finally came.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
Myself and 1 other applicant waited for almost an hour for the interviewer to show up..... but never did. The Kitchen Lead then decided to ask us a few questions.... 5 minutes before the restaurant was going to open.
