I had 2 interviews. The first was a group interview with about 6 other people. They asked basic questions like "tell me about yourself" "if you were a superhero who would you be" etc. Then towards the end of that interview, they asked all of us if we had any questions. I suggest you at least ask 1 or 2 to make yourself seem interested and eager. Then, once everyone leaves, stick around a little and make small talk with the interviewer just so you can stand out. Then about 3 days later, I got another call asking for an interview. The girl that called me didn't know that I was already interviewed so I asked if it was a second interview. Then she scheduled me at a different time. The second interview questions were very laid back like "tell us everything you know about chipotle" etc. then she gave me a tour and then hired me right after. Now I'm just waiting for them to do the background check and send me all the paperwork.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
