I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Columbia, SC) in June 2015
Interview
The interview was very smooth, and confortable. Chipotle's interview process is very long but, the hireing process is very quick. The hiring manager will notify you as soon as, that day on weather or not you were hired. Unfortunately I did not get hired, but I did enjoy my interviews with the managers, and the group of interviees.
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

Interview
The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
