I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bakersfield, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Well I was invited to a job fair here to my expectations it was a group interview I passed that part which by the way was very neutral I'm not going to say Easy because... Some people ... Bless them....👀🙏 in all seriousness.. but ...I was also that same day invited to meet the crew so I met them they were really nice down to earth after I was told to apply to the company I know kinda backwards but remember I was invited the day of there job fair by a recruiter so after a few days received a email saying they would like for me to come in Again this time I was going once again to a group interview September 18 2015 then told that they would like for me to come back to meet the team which I've done already its for this Monday september 20 2015 I'm just ready to start working I would Love to work for the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melrose Park, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
