Interview
Interview was pretty straight forward, met at the restaurant, had the interveiw in the normal seating area. not much experience required. told me the pay up front in the interview. this was a few years ago though, so things might be different now
Called into office to discuss my resume and career background and talked about skillset and how I could contribute to the team with that skill set. I thought it was a nice interview and we got to know each other.

Describe why you would be a good fit for this role?
Came in person, it only took a few minutes. Took a little while to hear back, the interviewer was nice and straight to the point. Very simple and straightforward process.

Interview
You get screened by AI first, then they give u time slots for availability. You pick from one and then they'll email you if they decide to interview you or not. It feels a bit impersonal, and I didn't mind it too much but it felt super detatched.
