The interview was pretty casual, the manager who interviewed me seemed a little unprepared, like he hadn't interviewed someone before, but nothing that interfered. It was not as long as I had expected, maybe about 15 minutes.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
