After brief phone interview, I was scheduled to meet with one of the founders, who managed the call center. He was professional, l seemingly young, and knowledgeable. I was previously told it was a business casual environment, but quickly noticed the staff dressing very casual.

The interview process was very thorough and I felt they did a good job assessing my skills. I met with a few folks and all seemed very nice. Meeting the people helped me gain a good sense of the culture and how it would be working there.
