Choice Hotels interview questions

Very unprofessional. From the other comments, it is a lasting problem. Candidates that take time out of their day to prepare and interview are left ghosted with zero follow up or response. I don’t get how such a big company can be so unprofessional.

There were about 5 rounds of interviews. There was also no technical interview (which I was surprised by), and primarily focused on assessing fit in team and role. They asked about familiarity if statistical methods and programming languages but did not ask you show any proof of knowledge.
