As much as we appreciate each and every person's feedback, even negative, as a chance to improve our company, we do not appreciate inaccurate information being presented. The initial contact is not a "soft interview", nor even a phone interview to begin with. We were responding to the application to communicate the job description and get a better feel for the candidate to ensure it would be of benefit to both parties to further the process into potential employment. Common sense tells us that no employee at our company drinks "10k cups of coffee" nor would anyone have not given someone the chance to speak. The entire point of the call is to have the applicant communicate in the first place to ensure, before scheduling an interview, that it will be potentially a good fit for the candidate and the company. We are not interested in wasting time, the candidate's nor ours. For obvious reasons not everyone makes it through the entire process and that is the nature of job-seeking. We spend an immense amount of effort on ensuring that we are only considering those that are interested in our company, which is to be evaluated during the first initial phone contact. If after reviewing our job opening and being contacted to have the position covered one still does not have an idea of the exact details of our job, that is not our fault for not having done our due-diligence as it is of the job seeker's to be prepared and have properly reviewed the listing before applying. We do not work with general consumers or residential customers either. The YouTube video, which is also on Glassdoor under our recent updates section, is not meant to have employees in it. As it states, it is a tour of our corporate building and included facilities at our complex. Every team member at the company also includes their name, job title, the address of the company, their contact phone number, and links to all of our company's social networking pages and company website in the signature of their emails. Every candidate is explained where to find this information. At any point in time would any candidate have the opportunity to contact us. Also, statements such as us "needing to stay in school" are ridiculous, since it is even discussed in the bios on our website that each member of our management team has graduated from college.
