Simple, quick, personality-oriented. They asked questions mostly about who you are, not so much about qualifications. I was hired on the spot, as were several others. It was a smooth process and training shifts were scheduled on the same day.

Very easygoing and relaxed. They definitely want to get to know your personality and how you'd fit within the team. Socially distanced due to COVID, but a very positive experience nonetheless!

Very simple process overall. I dropped off my resume in person and had a very laid back interview with the manager on the spot. I was hired a few days later and started right away.
