The interview process consisted of interviewing with two attorneys in which one asked very few questions regarding my background and experience but mostly talked unfavorably about various employees and partners in the firm. The second interview with an attorney I never assisted was more centered on my experience but with very little detail. The total interview between both attorneys consisted of approximately 1 hour. I was called by HR the next day and offered the position of secretary and was informed that since I needed to be trained in software that the company used as well as my typing speed, and basic knowledge of Word as paralegal needed to be advanced to perform as a secretary that I could only be offered 4k less in salary when I originally began to interview and stated my desired salary.
