I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Christies Care (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
There is a few call to attend where you talk about you and how you got to know the company, then it goes on with your interests and motivation and finally how much if at all have had any previous experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Christies Care (Saxmundham, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
A very friendly interview process with the view on knowing more about you and your ability to care for others. It is basically a process to get to know you
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Christies Care (Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, East of England, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Ridiculously unorganised. Promised 3 separate telephone interviews that they never bothered doing after I had arranged childcare. I had to phone them in order to actually speak to somebody. Finally managed to have the telephone interview, the woman I spoke to seemed very happy with my answers and told me I would receive a phone call the next day as to whether I had the job or not. Of course, they never phoned so I called them only to be told that AGAIN the man had forgotten to call me. Phoned again but was told I would be called back and I never heard from them again. Completely unorganised and disrespectful.
Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that your interview experience wasn't a positive one. We always get back to anyone who we have arranged to offer an interview with and stick to set times. I apologise that this wasn't the case in your situation and can only assume there must have been a mix up on this occasion.
If you would like to discuss the interview process further please do not hesitate to contact tim.middleton@christiescare.com
Thank you again for leaving a review.
