Chrysalis Software interview questions

There were two individuals interviewing me, neither of whom seem to have read my resume. It was also my first interview...so I was a little rusty. There were very few clinical questions asked during the interview, but I did receive a clinical vignette for which I was expected to write progress notes for (hint...be sure your goals are SMART and then GRIP (Goals, Response, Interventions, and Plan). I was trained on an EHR (like PsychConsult) and was expecting prompts to indicate where/what information was required. Not just a sheet of paper, a pen, and a waiting room with a noisy television.
