Chubb Custom Solution Customer Service Representative Job interview questions

I had telephone interview and I believe it went well. It lasted around 20 minutes. General questions asked. I was told that I would hear back by either a phone call or an email within 7 to 10 business days. After the 10 business day I called once a week to see where I stood at. I kept on being told that they were reviewing the phone interviews.. Got email early Nov. that the position was no longer available..
