they asked you questions about school your family and what you want to do at the store. they tell you how you have to call everyone guests not customers and being hospitable. also you have to always be on your toes and ready to learn something new and be ready to do something new.

Why do we refer to our customers as "guests" rather than customers?
Easy don’t be nervous it’s super easy. Chuck E. Cheese is an awful place to work. Work somewhere else it was so bad I hated it you were worth more than Chuck E. Cheese. Go find a new place to work.

management here is super sweet and very comforting. It’s easy to get along with them and be comfortable in your interview. Just be upbeat and show enthusiasm. they’re fun people and it should be a fun job. they want to see that.
