Called HR and leave my basic information (location, A12s card, expected salary, etc.). HR will send my information to project staff. 1-2 days later, project staff will contact me by phone to arrange an interview.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. Questions focused on QS fundamentals, previous experience, contract knowledge (NEC/SMM), and cost control. Interviewers were ok friendly and allowed time to explain technical answers. Overall, a fair process with clear expectations of the role.
