Interview
First, a selection of candidates will be chosen from their resumes for an online interview. For the online interview, you'll be asked to prepare a 3-5 minute PowerPoint presentation introducing your academic background and work experience. You'll also need to answer two questions they've provided within your presentation. On the day of the online interview, three managers will take turns asking questions after your presentation concludes. If you pass the online interview, there will be a second, in-person interview.

Interview
After the resume screening, you'll first take a written exam, which consists of about 5-6 questions, mostly essay questions with the occasional multiple-choice question. Afterwards, you'll wait a while for an interview. The interview is primarily one-on-one with a panel of examiners. You'll start with a 5-minute self-introduction based on a previously sent standardized presentation, mainly covering your family background, education, and other standard information. Then, the examiners will ask questions, which you'll answer accordingly. This process takes about 10-15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute HR interview. HR will ask about your expected salary. After that, it's just waiting for the interview results.
