I had one phone interview with HR then they sent some programming questions to do within 2 days. They were pretty standard questions just to see how you approach a programming issue. Few short questions and 2 long answer questions. Then I had a phone technical interview followed by an in person interview discussing HR aspects and the answers to the written quiestionnair.
Cancelled my rescheduled interview without any communication from HR. Got ghosted when asked for an explanation. 2 days later, I get a notification that the position is closed. Will never bother applying here again.
Good experience. Only 2 interviews; 1 for soft skills and 1 for technical skills. I ended up getting the job. Fairly easy interview. Good place to work. Why need many word, when few word do trick?
