Ciena Network Architect interview questions

Very well organized interview process. RRHH tried to cover all aspect of the hiring process. After several interviews, most of them over phone and two of them face to face, I was hired. Special focus on market understanding and technology knowledge. Previous experience was mandatory for my position as high seniority was requested. Internal recommendations are a plus.
