I applied online. I interviewed at Ciklum (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2026
Interview
I would like to share my experience with this company’s hiring process in Poland.
Communication was extremely slow, with approximately one email per month. A recruiter contacted me about a potential position and then disappeared for a month. When she eventually got back to me, she apologized for the delay, and we scheduled a technical interview.
After the interview, I received no communication for another month. The recruiter then contacted me again about a different position, but informed me that I would have to repeat the entire recruitment process, including another technical interview and a newly introduced online test, which was supposedly added to “optimize” the process.
The communication was not only highly unprofessional, but also exceptionally disrespectful toward me as a candidate. A recruitment process should not leave candidates waiting for months without updates, only to ask them to start again from the beginning.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ciklum (Pune) in May 2026
Interview
Recently HR called me and brief me about jd. Shared hackerrank test and scheduled tech interview. After both round didnt receive any feedback. Tried to reach HR multiple times but no reply or feedback. At least simple reply is excepted, for me total waste of time. Dont apply.
