a) Initial fit discussion with talent acquisition
b) A white boarding exercise with the hiring manager
c) Final fit evaluation with CTO
The role was termed as Principal solutions architect for pre-sales and post sales support.

Everyone was nice, & the interviews were a smooth process. All the questions were relevant & challenging. I enjoyed meeting the people at Cinchy. All through Zoom since they are a remote company.

Applied online and received a response. A video interview with recruiter was booked 2 weeks after the application. The interview was very pleasant and candid, indicative of an open and collaborative work environment.
