Average difficulty questions, mostly behavioral questions. The interview process was long, several interviews including hiring manager and team members as well as executives and a tour and didn’t hear anything back after 3 weeks.

3 interviews, 3 trips, multiple people. Some via video when I got there.
No reimbursement of my travel, time, gas; local but nearly and hour's drive. Very laid back approach in greeting candidate. Did not follow up with any feedback after third interview. Very unprofessional not saying yes or no after the amount of time put in for the process.
