The interview process involved submitting my application, followed by a phone screening. I then participated in one or more interviews, where I discussed my qualifications and experience. The process concluded with reference checks and a final decision regarding the position.

Interview
Applied online through a staffing agency. Spoke with them and was submitted. Then completed a video interview with who would be my supervisor. I was immediately set up with another interview with the COO just to find out day the day before that they wanted to see someone internal candidates and wanted to postpone. I was told that they were very interested in me since checked all their boxes. Two weeks went by with no updates to the staffing agency nor me. I finally emailed them directly to get a reply that they are going in a different direction. I was confused since I already passed the initial interview and I was told I would be sent an assessment and an email to schedule a meeting with the psychologist for another evaluation. I got no feedback. Made me feel like this places doesn't care about their candidates or employees. Scheduling a second interview then ghosting with no explanation... not a good look.
