      Project Manager Interview

      22 Sept 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Eatontown, NJ
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at CineSport (Eatontown, NJ) in Sept 2015

      Interview

The COO of this company reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. We scheduled 30 min. On the day of the interview, the COO emailed that he was running a few mins late. 25 mins later, I wrote him back asking if we could connect another day. He responded and was apologetic, so we rescheduled our 30 minute phone interview. On the second attempt of a phone interview, the COO did not call me at all. I emailed him back to find out what happened and if everything was okay. I did not receive a response. This company reached out to me to schedule the interview. The COO was not considerate of my time and completely unprofessional by not meeting schedule commitments or returning email correspondence as a courtesy for missing a scheduled commitment. I can only conclude from this negative experience that this company is unorganized and unprofessional. I would not want to work for or with this company based on this experience. If you schedule a meeting or make a commitment that you can no longer meet (whether it's with a client, job seeker, or whoever), you MUST contact them to cancel and/or reschedule.
