Did an interview with a recruiter and then an in person interview with the management. It only took a few weeks to get an offer. They seemed to mainly care about proximity and attitude, rather than career goals, familiarity with the type of work, etc.

Interview
I had an in-person interview at the warehouse location. I met all of the warehouse employees, as well as the office workers and took a tour of the location. Everyone was nice and answered any questions that I had during the tour.

Went very well, I was very confident in myself and kept a cool calm demeanor. I would say the interview was very promising just be yourself don't be nervous and you should be fine.
