Interview
Recorded basic information, followed by questions on work ethic and dependability. Also inquired about movie interests. Very simple and non-stressful. The interview was one on one with a manager and most of the questions were not difficult whatsoever. One tougher question included, "What would you do if you came across a difficult customer?" because at the time I had never had a previous job, so answering was challenging.

Interview
Straight forward. Applied on company site, received an interview offer one week after the application was submitted. Offered a position by the end of the week. I declined the posturing as I got another offer from a different job I applied to.
