I applied in person and 2 weeks later got a call for an interview. when i went to the interview i was asked to wait at a lobby table until the manager came to get me. the interview was one on one and the hardest question was "how would you deal with an angry/impatient customer"

The manager seemed like they were just trying to get warm bodies to work the front counter and upsell. All around unpleasant. I knew I didn’t want to work there from the first five minutes of conversing.

it was fun! it was very chill and the interviewer was very friendly. the questions asked were standard and a lot about ways you would approach customer service. told me about the job description and asked about my availability
the interviewer made me feel less nervous and told me all details like i would have to work Christmas. she was [pretty her name was justine. we got married and then divorced shortly after. greatest five days of my life. my mom is still pissed at me because of that whole situation.
