Interview
Very fast, depends on each location, usual interview questions and easy hire. Usually teenagers working there since it’s such an easy hire, doesn’t need any real skills if going for the entry positions. Needs high school diploma and optional manager experience for manager and positions higher
Pretty basic questions. What are your hours, experience, etc. They then talked about the positions.Just pretty much look clean,show up on time, and ask questions at the end to gain a spot.
The interview process was easy going. My interviewer was very polite. The questions that were asked were very general, mostly about availability. You are trained on the job for what you need to know afterwards.
Required Clothing: Business Casual
The interview was super easy and done solo—no group interview at all. I got hired on the spot, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free from start to finish.
