It was very quick and easy. Interviewer asked easy questions like when can you work and what days and how do you work as a team. What are your strengths?

They will call you and require the person to bring their personal information ID or passport, SS is required. They will begin first by asking you basic question of why did you want to work? What do you like about it? What don't you like about Cinemark? Interest/future plans? What would you do in certain situations/emergencies?(Common Sense test)

Is it better to be efficient or fast.. both are required when working in concession. both is not a option. To be efficient is to be slow and cautious with money but to be fast is to provide quick service less cautious with money. This is a test of personality of workmanship.
