group interview that lasted 1 hour, the interviewer was nice and friendly, made it easy to talk to the group. it was an easy enough process and just had to watch a presentation and fill out availability.
Group interview, number of tasks such as picking a word and having to talk about it for 5 minutes. Other tasks involved numeracy and literacy along with customer service. Some team working tasks as well as solo tasks.

Interview
First was a group stage then a personal 1:1 which was a few questions around culture/work ethic. It was a good experience as staff were nice but group one was more competitive due to it being 30 people.
