Cintas General Laborer interview questions

after going through the interview, it was done 5 days of Trail. then I received the following email: "Congratulations for joining the Cintas Corporation! Welcome to our Team! Prior to coming to orientation, you will need to complete your new hire forms online.  It is important for you to complete these steps prior to your first day. You will be asked to create a user name and password. Please make note of this information; it will be used to electronically sign new hire forms. Please login to our Onboarding portal. If you need assistance with the Onboarding Portal, please contact  your Hiring Manager, XXX XXXX at XXXX@cintas.com or your HR Partner, XXXXX at XXXXX@cintas.com. We look forward to you joining our team! Sincerely, Cintas Human Resources " and receive e-mail from company-only in-house training for employees. I ended up leaving my current job thinking that I had been hired, but only after I was informed that I received these emails because I was registered in the system to receive the payment of the days of Trail. I ended up not going through the selection process and I was unemployed.
