I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cintas in July 2011
Interview
The Cintas Interview process consisted of an initial HR interview, then a face to face interview with the general manager. If you pass both of these, then a face to face or a panel interview with a VP, Division manager, and HR is conducted. If you pass all of these, you MUST conduct a ride along with a service representative for an entire day, followed by another face to face interview with the general manager. All totaled I had Five face to face, ,two phone interviews and a ride along and DID NOT get the job.
Considering the amount of time and money spent by the company, you would think that this level of thoroughness would guarantee you the position.
All interview questions are based on your resume and experience related to the position.
The pay range was 55K-65K with 1 week of vacation offered.
Hours are from 4:00AM until the last service rep gets back, usually 6:00 or 7:00PM.
This company needs to stop wasting the candidates as well as the company associates time and streamline this process to 1 or 2 interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas in Dec 2025
Interview
Still in the process-
step 1: recruiter pre-screen call
step 2: General Manager in person
next step- may take several weeks but if move forward will have zoom with regional and then VP. If a turn down is not received then you are still being considered for the role. For me, step 1+2 happened within 5 days. TBD if I move to 2-3

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
I interviewed with the senior recruiter and the interview asked general management questions. Since I found out about the role through LinkedIn, the recruiter explained more about the role and responsibilities, training provided, and specifics about the actual region the role would be in.

Three step process with a field ride. Recruiter was first, pretty standard. Second was field ride and final with the general manger. Pretty straight forward process, took about 2 weeks.
