Typical one on one interview with HR, No big surprises with the questions. Took them a week to get back to me and it was a lame stock E-mail. I would have at expected to at least have a phone call.

Interview
I went through 7 interviews. They all asked basically the same questions. After the 4th interview I was told there would be "just one more." I was told the same thing after the 5th and 6th. After my 7th interview I reached out to HR who told me that "we will be reaching out next week, we are putting together an offer for you." Of course the next week I hear nothing. I reach out again the next week, nothing. I get a generic email from HR saying that they are hiring another candidate. I think this is a blessing in disguise. I want nothing to do with such an unorganized company that seems fine dragging people along for months and then blatantly lie. This was the WORST interview process I've ever been through. Stay away from this place.

Interview
Emailed regarding availability to interview. Krista was very helpful in finding a time that worked for both parties. Interviewed at Cintas. Krista was engaging, professional, and asked a lot of good questions to determine my experience and how it may translate to this job position. At the end I was asked if I had questions and was given a tour of the warehouse. Was told I would have another interview with the GM but I have not been contacted to set that up nearly 2 weeks later.
