I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Dayton, OH) in Sept 2016

Went to on campus career fair and applied online. interview was less than a week later. Two 25 min interviews. One was all behavioral questions and the other was more conversational. make sure to do research on the company beforehand. also have several different situations to draw from on the behavioral questions because several of the questions were quite similar
