I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Emmaus, PA) in Oct 2016
Interview
First there was an on-campus interview, a fairly simple behavioral interview that acts as a first screening. Then I was invited to the facility twice to meet with different managers, all of which had a written interview guide to follow. The managers at this particular facility were more interested in getting to know me than filling out the paperwork, which I appreciated. It is a very long process; they want potential Management Trainees to meet most of the service managers as well as the location manager and regional VP.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a plan and things didn't go as planned?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
