1st had a phone screen then was emailed to have a
2nd in person interview after was invited to do a
3rd interview and ride along
I did not go to the ride along as the base pay they offered after a certain amount of time would go from $18 and drop down to $311/week plus commission

Question 1
Phone screen was easy they just went over the position with me and ask what I currently did for work.
2nd in person interview was just situational questions "tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer" "tell me when you went above and beyond for a customer"
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
