I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Rochester, NY) in Jan 2012
Interview
First step was the initial phone screening which was very basic. One on one interview consisted of a 116 question test which wasn't too hard if you think out some of the math problems. The one on one interview was also very basic. I was not who they were looking for so I can't say anything against the company
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
