I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cintas (Baltimore, MD) in July 2012
Interview
My process began with a half hour phone interview. A few weeks later I got called to come in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with four people in a round robin format and answered pretty basic questions, although some were challenging. I was there for 5 hours. I also took a test, which wasn't too bad. I got a call that same week and set up a phone interview with a V.P. for the next week. That was challenging because I couldn't get a read on whether he was interested or not.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to take charge of a safety issue.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
