Interview
Interview process took about 2 months. You interview with about 4 different Managers and you also have a Trial day to experience how it's like to be an SSR. Not to mention, the General Manager went on to interview me twice with basically the same interview questions on different days. What a freaking joke! Very slow in deciding if they'll move forward with you. At the end of this process, these people can care less if they strung you along for so long.

- In what type of setting are you most successful in?
Oh.. And you always have to answer by telling them a story. Get ready to hear a lot of those "Tell me about a time when.." Questions.

Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts

Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
