I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Chandler, AZ) in June 2018
Interview
First you receive a cold call to set up a first interview. After some background information you set up the interview. After your first interview, mine was a phone interview, it could be in person, you then are given a second interview. This is where the lack of communication started to happen. It was three weeks before I even received a phone call, an additional three weeks before the second interview happened, after rescheduling twice. After being told that there was a total of up to three more additional interviews, I waited. After two weeks I called Cintas to try and schedule the next interview. It has been three month process and still nothing in concrete.

Interview
Not the hardest interview, would recommend doing some research on the company prior. Have a list of accomplishments and goals with you, the interview can be short or long depending on the manager/HR rep.
process was long and not worth it. I would recommend taking a different career route. Lots of hours work and very early mornings to late nights. They mentioned working for more than 12 hours on some days
