I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (New York, NY) in July 2018
Interview
The interview process is long, drawn out and not focused on candidate experience. There were 6 rounds of interviews, 3 onsite (not even on the same day) and 3 phone. The interviews are all corporate templates which creates a robotic, non-personal experience. The questions are all situational and do not adequately represent a person's experience and professional abilities.
