I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2019
Interview
It was very repetitive in questioning. They would like for you to have multiple answers for the same question, to which they ask in different ways. Also, she openly took notes and I had to pause several times so that she could write my answers.

The interview process is long, and can take up to a month. You end up having to do 4-5 interviews. They use the STAR method for interviewing. Overall not bad, but if you are expected to get hired quickly that will not be the case.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very disconnected. There were no pleasant interdictions. They started asking "Tell me about a time" questions. Most of which seemed illogical in a work setting. The first interviewer was picking his nose and grunting. Second one was typing while conducting the interview. Very distracting and felt like you were sitting next to a court reporter.
