I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Alexandria, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire interview process, however if you get to an offer they will pressure you to accept it right away without giving you time to think about. Because I wanted time to think, they rescinded the offer less than 24 hours after I was able to see it for the first time which is kind of ridiculous to me. I think it was a blessing in disguise because I wouldn’t want to work for a company that pressures you to make rash decisions.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
