I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Irving, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very rigorous interviewing process, it consisted of 5 interviews via MS Teams and currently with Covid only one was in person. After the 5th interview I was then asked to provide 3 professional references who received a survey with questions about my skills and performance- I was then offered the position. Entire process took about a month. All management was very friendly and polite which I will admit made the process seem smooth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about your previous experience, how you would handle difficult situations and if you feel comfortable with the job requirements. Pretty generic standard procedure.
The interview process is long, and can take up to a month. You end up having to do 4-5 interviews. They use the STAR method for interviewing. Overall not bad, but if you are expected to get hired quickly that will not be the case.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very disconnected. There were no pleasant interdictions. They started asking "Tell me about a time" questions. Most of which seemed illogical in a work setting. The first interviewer was picking his nose and grunting. Second one was typing while conducting the interview. Very distracting and felt like you were sitting next to a court reporter.
