Interview
Concerned that it was a scam. I was asked to use SIGNAL app for interview, never spoke to a person, was requested to provide online banking username and password. When I refused they eventually provide a front and back copy of a check that I was to deposit to purchase equipment to work from home.

took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.

Interview
4 Hours long, 3 Separate interviews between all the head managers spaced out and then shadowing someone on the floor. Once that is complete one final interview with the GM.

Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.
