Complicated and too many questions. They interviewed me with 3 different managers. All 3 asking the same questions but in different ways. It’s really too complicated for such a simple job. I felt like I was interviewed for the warehouse manager position.

Worked there as a temp for 3.5 months, then became hired in with a 90 day probation period. Went through 4 interviews, 2 drug tests (one was with the temp agency,) background check, driving record check, and an orientation. The interview had some light behavioral stuff; how you would react to a disagreement with a co-worker, what was your greatest achievement, etc.
