I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Philadelphia, PA) in June 2013
Interview
Applied online through college career site. Very long interview process (+5 rounds). A few rounds of 1:1. Asked a lot of leadership and behavioral questions. I made it to round 3 and was offered a job at another company.
Dress business professional, get there early, and be yourself. Looking for a personable, outgoing, and articulate individual.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2026
Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
