Very comprehensive interview process. Built a great picture of where the company was going and how it intended to get there. A good assessment of the job role and couldn't wait to start!

Basic technical competency test with pen a paper, more to see what you know than to try and catch you out, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript questions. It's best to be honest if you don't know something than to lie, no one is expected to know everything. After the test is a talk with Dept head and Senior devs who will ask you more focused tech questions, if you didn't lie on your CV you'll do fine. If you pass this you'll have a second interview with the CEO (or other senior staff if he's busy), this is more of a personality/culture check than anything else. You'd have to really screw up to not get an offer here. Be prepared to discuss salary here.
