Interview
Started by talking with a recruiter, who told me the whole process would be 2.5 - 3 weeks, I ended up moving on to the first or four rounds.
First Round: Hiring Manager
Second Round: Panel interview with two of their current CSM's (customer success managers)
Third Round: One of the directors of customer success
The first three rounds went REALLY quickly. Then it was radio silence for 2.5 weeks. I reached out to the HR coordinator, who said I would be getting a response within 5 days, then 10 days later, still nothing, reached out again, and finally the recruiter sent me a canned response saying "it wasn't a mutual fit", I am totally fine with that, but the fact they moved me through three rounds of interviews, and then strung me along for 2.5 weeks, only to tell me it wasn't a "mutual fit" was a bit frustrating.
This company seems incredibly disorganized, and unprofessional. Probably a blessing in disguise that it didn't work out.

Question 1
They want you to have experience in information security, they ask a lot of experience based questions.
This was a brand-new role, and a lot of the questions were really based around how they should build this role out, what you think the role should look like, etc. They have NO clue what metrics would look like or really how they want to format the role.
